Cornwall Women of Colour Collective (CWCC) was born out of lived experience. For many women of colour living in Cornwall, the experience can be one of isolation, limited representation, and a lack of culturally relevant spaces where they feel truly understood.

CWCC was created to help address this. What started as a desire to bring women together has grown into a supportive and connected community where women of colour can meet, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships rooted in understanding and belonging.

CWCC is led by women of colour and shaped by lived experience, ensuring that our work reflects the real needs, voices, and experiences of the community we serve.

Today, CWCC continues to grow as a space where women of colour can feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive both individually and collectively.
